Need help upgrading equipment

I'm in need of an upgrade. I'm currently using a cheap 7 year old setup. An insignia 1000watt amp and 2 10" sony xplods in a sealed box.

My price range is $300. I'm not expecting the best but anything seems better that what i currently have.

Can anyone help me? Looking for an amp around $80-$130 And be able to have high level inputs.

Also, I'm not big on building boxes either. Thanks!

You can get a custom built box built just the way you want it for $150-200. You could get a good used amp in your price range from the classifieds on here. In your price range, used is really the best way to go. Amps seem like they are either in working condition, or they are dead, so it's not like a sub where it could be on verge of going out.

Nice gear! But now i"m throwing a curve ball.... I'm hooked up using my High level inputs. The HU does not and i will not install an aftermarket just to be able to use RCA's. I know i can purchase a LC2i, but is there any way around this. like buying a RCA to Speaker wire adapter? like a cheaper line output converter.

EDIT: I see that the gta800m is high input friendly but i can't find it anywhere online for "gta800m 149 shipped"

I agree with using audiopipe for the amp apsm 1300 will give you around 1k at 1 ohm

your systhem will be a little over $300 but you will be surprised how loud this set up will be
