Hey all, I am trying to tone my pectoral muscles because they cannot seem to gain the form I want (Ya know, I want to achieve the look of the guy with the six pack and good body as close as possible). Does anyone have any tips on what to do to enhance it?
I have just finished my 8 week lifting program and the gym is closed until school starts in like 3 weeks so I am trying to tone my muscles for when I go to florida the week before school. The program consisted of various exercises, including bench press, but I cant seem to develop any shape to my pecs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
