Need Help - Sub Works, but Cabin Speakers cut out...?

I installed a new radio years ago. Well the Cabin speakers this last few months will just quit. Power to the deck and everything seems to work, but no Sound from speakers. All I get is Bass from the trunk. So I figured my Head unit was going out.

So I ended up with a new HU and wired it all up. Seemed to be working like it should. Then the first time I got to drive it. The Sound went out again. Still had Sub Bass hitting.

All 4 Cabin Speakers are quitting... Now they seem to come back on after a while. Like I'll get in it from sitting all night or some times (rarely) I can turn the radio off and back on. To get them to work again..

I doubt it's my HU since it's new and my old one did the same thing. I did happen to reuse the Metra Wiring Harness from the older (2yrs ago) install. I would think it would be fine and odd that just the speaker wires are getting bad connections? Could it be one of the power sources or the Ground?

What do I need to double Check to find this problem?

Thanks for the help.

get a dmm and check ohms of the speakers. One is probably blown and causing the system to go into protect.
Ok, I will check that. They came back on this morning and worked fine all day. They sound nice a clear.

What should the MM read? Not sure what I'm looking for when I check them. I'll try and google it.
