NEED HELP! Single soundstream T5.152 box design help for 2007 ford focus zx5 hatch

hello everyone, im building my first subwoofer box and im not sure the dimensions i would need. i mesured the hatch. The highest i can go on the box is 13,5 inches but wouldnt i need atleast 16 inches for a 15 inch subwoofer? Also, i can get around 28 inches depth but my back seats go on a 45 degree angle so wouldnt this affect how deep i can make the box(depth) depending on the height i go with? taking out my back seats isnt an option so idk what to do. I really want the box to fit perfectly into my trunk. The more space i can use for the box the better(bigger the box the better) lol. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
