Need help setting up system

I have a 16-PR1.500 Memphis amp with 2 DVC 250/500 4ohm 10s what is the best way to set these up?

what do mean? as in ohm load? you can wire them down to 1 ohm

conect in Parallel.. to get 1 ohm load (positivi subs terminal to positive amp terminal, and negative, do the same thing)
