Need help settin up Cadillac CTS audio system!

I have an 05 Caddy CTS without the bose system and I need to make sure everything I got is going to work out right, help please! I have 2 8" L7 Solobarics and a kicker 850/2 amp to push them already. I also have a Pioneer Avic N4 Flip Screen already. My questions are for one is this gonna be a good style box for my setup? And also I am having grouble finding the harness and dash kit for my car, could anyone help me?

Shouldn't be too hard to find the harness or kit. Idk about the box. Best to have one made for ur car an subs. Few guys on here design some build an ship also. Talk to RAM_DESIGNS, pro rabbit, Buck, Bucky boy and I know I'm leaving a few others out.

I just figure since its going in my trunk that it should really be fine just one like that. I mean it would save me a lot of cash. I have a guy workin for an audio store here that said he build me a custom one for $150. Think they could beat that? And would they just make it not square or what? I cant find much for taking the cd player part out and leaving all the info stuff on my dash above it. and dont want the screen to cover the vents... Thank you for all your help

I'd take the dash off and check out how its set-up behind to start, and figure out what you could do. that way you'd figure out what's wired where and what you're gonna lose. I'd be prepared to bet that most of that stuff is gonna lose functionality though.

incorrect...everything will retain functionality as that is not all one piece. The radio and ac controls are wired completely independently and metra makes a kit to replace the radio a 99-2006. The harness is a VW harness and even though you do not have the bose system i believe you still are factory amplified.
