Need help selecting between these 3 damping materials

Hi, this is my first post here. Looking for some advice from the experts as to which damping material to choose. I have narrowed it down to these three -

SecondSkinAudio Damplifier

RAAMmat from RAAMaudio.com

B-Quiet Ultimate

All are butyl based and have supposedly good quality and performance and they are pretty much in the same price range too ($2.20 - $2.50 per sq.ft.).

I am trying to decide which one I should get. Is one better than the other ? Or are they pretty much same. I think the Second Skin Damplifier is 80mils thick versus about 60mils for the other two.

Rick from RAAMmat is pretty nice guy. I have used both of the first two. Both are good dampening material. I liked them both in they allowed you to reposition without too much of a problem. The raamat seems a little thicker, but doesn't seem to weigh as much. The damplifier seem a little easier to get into nooks and crannies and bend over curved surfaces without crinking up. Haven't used B-quiet.

But I liked my Raammat much much much more than I liked Damplifier.

yes I did check http://www.sounddeadenershowdown.com before posting here. In fact thats what I used to narrow it down to the three.

squeak9798, in what area specifically is RAAMmat better than Damplifier ? Vibration damping or ease of use or .. ?

Easier to use and cheaper. The metal foil on the SS tore very very easily, and I never tore the foil on my Raammat once without having physically try to tear it. This made the Raammat easier to apply in tight corners, sharp bends and crevices.

Damping ability between them was basically equal in my experiences.

But overall I just liked the Rammmat better for the ease of use and the cheaper price with equal damping performance and adhesion ability.

I just spoke with Rick last night, guy bends over backwards to make sure that customers get a great value and a great product. Just from dealing with him, I would buy from Rick. Doesn't mean the others aren't good guys (and the second skin guy provides lots of feedback and help online), just that I've talked to the guy on the phone and he is the real deal.
