need help putting together system for 350Z

OK, so I am going to try to stay under $1000 for a decent system. I'm going for more SQ than anythign else and will be installing everything myself so this budget should work. I found a box http://www.350z-tech.com/forums/New-350z-sub-enclosure-t18166.html that will hold two tens.

I'm going to replace the two door speakers 6.5 comps i think and then add two tens. I think that the easiest way would be to go with one 4 channel amp but i'm not really sure. 200x4? or would there be a way to run 150x2 to the comps and 300x2 to subs w/o getting 2 amps. any and all suggestions are appreciated. thanks

also i had JL 10w3's in mind for the subs and infinity kappa's for the comps but could have my mind changed very easily.
