Need Help Picking Right Capacitor****

I HAVE A KICKER CLASS D 400.1 WATT AMP POWERING 2 KICKER 10' SUBS. i've already replaced one battery. need to know what kind of cap i need,because im new to this and ive been told its necessary because my lights do dim.

WHAT KIND OF CAPACITOR DO I NEED??

wow a 400 watt amp killing your battery? you just need the big 3 wiring and a good battery like a optima yellow top, kinetic, stinger, die hard platinum etc.

Just get a good battery and do the Big 3, you should have anymore problems with it especially with only 400watts

dude i ran a 1400 watt plus amp on a single battery with no stinking cap. listen to what people have to say and you will be pleased with the results

and also...."kicker" brand doesn't really impress anyone here......i'm running an "incriminator Audio" brand and it puts out over 2000 watts. So lose the attitude....do some reading....then thank us later. If you don't want to put in the work, go to your local shop with check in hand and tell them you need a cap.............................

what it is saying is that if you do the big three you will not need a cap. i bought one, learned how this stuff works, did the big three and got rid of the cap. it cost me 70 bucks for the cap and 40 bucks for the wire to do the big three. these guys can explain better that i why it works, but it does work, + you will save some cash and fix the problem instead of hiding it, which is what a cap does.

big three batt is perfect big three look at post one it upgrades your wires under the hood to allow your electrical system to flow better. Caps dont do anything so there will be no need for them...
