well, the eclipse's that i got were great but seem to have blown off of HU power. they were pretty old. i cant really say they are blown, but they sound like total shit now. not anywhere near the way they sounded when i first got some. SO i need a new set of coaxials for my rear.

I need either 6.5" or 6x9's. NO COMP SETS. components in the rear is stupid, i need a coaxial set. I dont really have a budget for this... i mean, theyre only coaxials so they shouldnt be to much. but dont send me links to coaxials that are 200+ just to be an *** because i said i dont have a budget. most coaxial sets are cheap.

I want something that sounds very smooth, clean, and crisp. i want good midbass from them. really good midbass. these will not be amped.

So, What do you recommend? I will not buy from anyone on here. I'm buying from sonicelectronix or OCS (i have an issue with woofersetc... i boughta cdt comp set MONTHS ago, they sent it to me. and now they are calling me saying i never paid for them. I payed with a credit card, and it took them 6 months to tell me that my credit card got declined. but for some reason they sent me my product anyway... so **** them. for now.)

I just purchased a set of the premier series REVs (6.75") for right around $100 including shipping. I had been looking at more expensive coaxials such as diamond, focal, and image dynamics, but after reading all the positive reviews decided to give these a try.

ok maybe ill try them. i did like my old pioneer 6x9's. they were the blue cone'd ones from walmart. they were the only thing to stay in my car while everything else was constantly being changed out. finally decided to change them, and the ones i changed them to sound like shit now for some reason. dunno what went wrong

lil to much. i dont use rearfill much. i have my fade +6 to the front. i switched the polarity on the subs (polarity might not be the right word) but when i fade front, the subs dont fade away. they stay with the music. when i fade rear, the subs fade out. so my rearfill is there, but only enough to "fill in" the music. those look like great speakers, but alot of money for something i wont be getting the full potentiol from

good point since they arent amped. i have memphis m class coaxis and they work fine, not too harsh even tho theyre not a silk/soft tweeter. theyre pretty cheap prolly about 80 bucks but i heard the REVs were alot better

i like things to match in my car. its almost OCD lol. seeing that my clarion HU will be powering my rearfill, clarion 6.5's match. my eclipse components are being powered by an eclipse amp. im weird //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif
