need help picking amp

look u guys dont be hard on me ok i have a sony 800 watt from wal-mart being pushed by a legacy 800 watt i am about to get a punch 400 from somone and im thiking about getting the amp hes selling to push it this is the amp what yall think. both ar 10inch and i think the sony is 4ohm and punch is 8ohm

im thinking this wont be much of an upgrade from your current setup, i would wait and save some money, then buy something better in a while.
