the L7 won't give you the "nice sq" you're asking for. I don't know why they recommended it.

No need for a cap. (reallocate funds to a component set and an amp for them)

from your list of brands, i'd get a w6v2 from JL.

I also didn't see a component set on your list. you might want to upgrade your interior speakers (just the front).
