i have my brand new xxx gettin 500 watts just to test it out...after about 1 hr of playtime....i hear a lil pop....i take the sub out..and check it out.....my spider is almost all the way off........... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/verymad.gif.3f39c5c2fd57527b671fad3efdfac756.gif

you have no idea how dissappointing this is when you hear that this sub is one of the top out right now...and it can't even take 1/3 of what it should be able to...it just really frustrates me b/c tonite i'm supposed to get her metered at my local shop...but guess what............my frickin spider is free ballin...

i need to know if i can reglue the spider to the basket or if re needs to take it back and do it themselves...there are no tears that i can see on the spider itselt...like i said it was only getting 500wtts and it's in a 6.2 35hz box............

please help anyone...but especially david

hey guess what...after having the brahma 15 sent back 3 TIMES, we finally hooked it up today and the dustcap pops right off! guess the build center just had to use a bad batch of glue for my friends sub! great...its going back a 4th time.

well josh laine said there is no refund possible at this point, because when i got a call at 7o'clock this morning from my friend saying 'dude, something is wrong,' the first thing that went thru my mind was XXX!!!! now this is changing my mind. but its not possible anyways.

It's only the dust cap...just glue it back on.
he told me not to touch it...and besides: we are on our 4th driver...we dont want to settle for a personally glued-on dustcap. it would rattle like hell anyways.

Every problem that's happened to date with nswartley's B15 except the recent dustcap issue have had absolutely nothing to do with Adire, nor were they Adire's fault.

Every other driver prior to this situation were all damaged by circumstances out of our control - and the single one that is actually something that WE need to take care of, we are taking care of, as we should.

So in conclusion - 'capone' - you can diss away, yet you'll not manage to eliminate the fact we take care of our customers, and your reports of 'a ton' of brahma's breaking doesn't even come near the amount of them that work flawlessly.

It's not a problem Nate, I'm dealing with you in person off the forums, as I should - what's happened up to now is not something I divulge to anyone as it's none of their business - if you choose to that's your decision.

The only thing that bothered me here was capone's blindsideness to some really simple facts...

One pissed off customer will tell the world, and 1 out of 10 happy customers will tell 2 friends.

It's sad, but it's how it works, always has, always will.
