Need Help on Wire Gauge

I currently have 4awg running with this amp Amazon.com : Alpine MRP-F300 4-Channel 300 Watts Amplifier : Vehicle Multi Channel Amplifiers : Electronics.

I want to add this amp Amazon.com : BOSS Audio R1100M Riot 1100-watts Monoblock Class A/B 1 Channel 2-8 Ohm Stable Amplifier with Remote Subwoofer Level Control : Vehicle Mono Subwoofer Amplifiers : Car Electronics.

My question is: Can I used the current 4awg power wire, run it to a block, and power the Boss amp to run my single 10" sub?

p.s. I just want to avoid ripping my car apart if my 4awg wire is enough to power both amps without any problems.

Yes, it's enough. Side note: The Boss amp will probably put out much less than 1100W, so you're absolutely fine. If you haven't ordered it yet, DO NOT ORDER IT.

tbh, i don't really mind if it doesn't put out that much power. i just want a little thump with this sub Amazon.com : Pioneer TS-SWX251 10" Flat Subwoofer with Enclosure 800 Watts : Vehicle Subwoofers : Car Electronics . lol, that's why all my gear is from amazon rather than an audio dealer. thanks for the help!

That's a 4 ohm sub and at 4 ohms, you'll be lucky to get 100W out of that amp. Chances are, it probably won't last. Can you do $100 or so? I'll find you something.

i bought this amp kit awhile back Amazon.com : DB Link PK4Z 4 Gauge Power Series Amplifier Installation Kit : Vehicle Electronics Accessories : Car Electronics . i periodically check the power wire to see if it holds up to engine heat, wear, etc... still looking good.
