Need help on which direction to take my build

Ok so I've got a little Acura Legend coupe. The biggest box I can manage to fit is 2.5 cu ft, so I have 1 12 inch type r in a 2.5cu ft box tuned to 32hz. I have a bridged RF t600.2 running at 2ohms with 4 gauge. It sounds decent and its louder than most of the stuff kids are bumpin. But I'm ready to get some more.

So I'm pretty sure I'm limited to a single 12, correct? with such a small trunk to work with, I don't have the room for 2 12's. I could maybe do 2 10's? I'm thinking a HDC3 in my current box (2.5 @ 32) would sound pretty good pushed by an AQ 2200d? How many batts would I need to fit in my trunk somehow with that amp? Do HDC3's get low in small trunks? any other sub I should be looking at?

I have a 12'' dc lvl 4 for sale. It will blow your type R away //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

I have 2 box blue prints for it (designed specifically for the sub).

one is tuned to 31 hz the other is tuned to 33 hz.

sub was only used for a few months, will come in the original DC packaging/box. I can let you have the wires for the voice coils, its wired to 1 ohm right now (d2 coils).

I'd recommend getting an sae1200dv2 for it w/ 0g. Do the big 3 in 0g and you won't need a battery in your trunk.

The only reason I'm selling it is because I'm downgrading to a smaller sub that I can put in my spare tire well.

If I were you I wouldn't get a sub that size. Typically you can choose 2 of these 3 things: loud bass, a small box, efficiency.

With an hdc3 in a small box, your efficiency is going to be crap, which means your 2200 watts is going to sound like 1100w.

You'd be better off getting a more efficient sub and not choking it in a small box. To a dc lvl 4, 2.5 cu ft is plenty of room //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

The box designs are 2 cu ft (recommended by DC). the demensions are about 31'' x 15'' x 16'', or somewhere around there.

$225 + shipping

pm me if your interested.
