Need Help on navigation DvD Update

Im trying to find out how to update my Navigation Dvd Disc. The unit is the Eclipse Avn5435. if you guys know anything about this please help me out. It will be greatly appreciated......

Just a side question, you guys like your headunits??? I think I found the one I was gonna order cause I dont want to wait around for a better deal on Ebay.

Love it, has all the features i need, but depends if you want ipod capability, correct me if I am wrong, but I think the avn5500 has better functionality with ipod than the avn5435, and also has the updated nav disc......
