im new to the car audio scene and looking into building my first car audio setup for my first car. its an integra 96 coupe. anyway i was setting up a system consisting of Polk Audio db6500 component system, Pioneer DEH-P3900MP, and Alpine F250 4 channel amp. the whole setup would cost me about 510 bux which is pretty much my budget for now. Please give me any suggestion or comments to my "system" or if anything needs to be taken out and replace with another. thank you

ps. also best buy would charge me 130 bux to install the component system and amp since they will have to drill holes for the components. anyway is that price too high?

ok now im looking into a system consisting of

Polk Audio MMC6500 component system - 200 bucks

Pioneer Premier DEH-680 - 170 bucks

now im left with about 150-200 for a good amp. any recommendations to my system or an amp to power the speakers?

im just looking for an amp thats around 150-200 thats could push the Polk Audio MMC6500 component system and nothing else. When i get a sub in the future, i will provide it with a separate amp than the amp im using for my component system.

Just stick with the Alpine amp...if I were you I'd look around and see if you can find it for cheaper than 130$ unless you know someone who can do it for you..

x2

look around, see if any friends are experienced in it before you pay $130 to BB, Hell, ask some questions on here and learn how to do it....this is the best place to ask for some help

so my setup for rite now is

Polk Audio mcc6500 - 200 bux

Pioneer Premier DEH 680 - 170 bucks

Alpine F450 - 200 bucks

wires, accessories, etc - 100 bucks

total - 670 bucks

does this sound good?

i have no knowledge of car audio so i would be willing to just pay a professional. however i am looking arond my area for other audio shop that could do it for cheaper.

i went to several audioshops around my way and their average price to install an amp and component system with my own wires would cost 180 bux. so it seem best buy have the best price at 130 bucks for now.
