Need help making some decisions!!! Some what budget build

I am trying to keep my stock HU, replace the speakers, add 1 12" sub, and power it all with a single 5chan amp. I'm going for a budget / biggest bang for the buck build. I'm looking for SQ more than anything. I can't make up my mind. All suggestions/recommendations welcome. All prices are for brand new equipment. I have narrowed it down to the following:

HU: Factory (add MTX RE-Q5) $90

Front Speakers:

Alpine SPR-17S 6.5 Components $135

or

Polk Audio db6501 6.5 Components $105

Rear Speakers:

ALPINE SPR-17C 6.5 coaxial $87

or

Polk Audio db651 6.5 coaxial $61

Subwoofer: (only have 6.5" mounting depth - .95cuft)

Phoenix Gold RSdC 124 Dual 4ohm 600w RMS (2ohm load) $110

or

Alpine SWR-1243D Dual 4ohm 600w RMS (2ohm load) $123

5 Channel Amp:

KICKER 10ZX700.5 (4 ohms: 70 watts x 4 chan ; 2 ohms: 420 watts x 1 chan) $300

or

Soundstream RUB5.800 (4 x 70 W RMS 4 ohms ; 1 x 340 W RMS 2 ohms) $187

I'm not sure if I can run the soundstream amp at 2 different impedance. Can anyone help with answering that also pls.

I am also now considering the new MBquart ONX4.80/500 but I can't find any reviews. Anybody have anything good or bad to say about MBquart or any of the components in op?

Not willing to go used? There are some killer deals on much better gear in the classified section here.

I am doing a 600 dollar budget build next year, probably around March and only have a sub box, 2 batteries, need the rest.

Alpine and Kicker are good for higher end, but not to big on their lower end stuff, which is basically what you linked. I say peep the classifieds as sometimes you can even find new stuff. Check their iTrader/refs before hand.
