Need Help, kind of confused about something.

Ok, So I bought A new head untit, all new door speakers, an amp and a sub for my 93 bonneville.

The sub is a single MTX Road Thunder Two 10"

The Amp is a Boss Chaos Wired CW350 4channel amp

My Head Unit only had RCA outputs for "SW Rear"

Is it possible to hook all four door speakers + The sub to my 4channel Amp, or will I need another amp specifically for the sub?

Also, since my head unit only had RCA outs for the rear speakers / a sub how do I go about hooking up the front speakers through the amp? Do I hook up the front speakers using the high level imputs, then the rear speakers with the RCA?

I don't know if my amp is "bridgable" which is what would be required to hook a sub up as well as the other speakers correct?

It can work. You can parallel your full range speakers in pairs to 2 channels. Each channel will see 2 ohms nominal load. Connect the other 2 channels to the sub(s). Do you have 1 or 2 subs? What is the impedence of the subs? Does the amp have high/low pass filters, if so, then you can run RCA's from the rear output(not SW or subwoofer) to the amp and use the amps crossovers. This seems like a real pain and not really worth the time. I would save some money and buy a Memphis Belle or an American Bass 120.1 and an SQ945 and some decent coaxials, the MTX subs are decent.

I'm not sure what the sub is rated at as I bought it used, but my speakers are all rated at 4ohms i believe.

That is basically what the rear of my amp lookis like w/o the green plug. It says the SWand Rear are the same, so is that just for a sub amp or should i use it for the rear speakers?

My amp doesnt have highpass or lowpass filter switches on it, but in the manual it does say not to connect high level inputs and rca inputs at the same time. would it be ok to use high level imputs for ch1+2 and rca for 3+4

And about hooking the speakers up parallel, is there any disadvantage? I'd like to not have to spend any more if possible, but if its not worth it i will go and get another amp.

Which brings me to another question..

Should I just spring for a 5 channel amp?
