need help identifying a rockford fosgate amp

ok this amp is a few years old, it looks pretty funny its got like a grill with a bunch of holes in it going across the bottom and then its just straight black above the hole'd grill , the ground wire comes out from the front (pretty wierd?) and so do a few other wires, its about 2 1/2 feet long ... i just wanna figure out what series it is and how good it is? (im tryin to buy it from the guy but he wanted $350)

does it have a chip in the bottom of it, or does it have all the info on the amp at the bottom of it. If it is thos RF amps are great one of the early generation RF amps, yea i got a small one laying around here, it sort of looks like a george forman grill

yea dude it looks like a grill thats the word i was looking for... no i obviously dont have a pic or model number ... and when i did look at it trust me i searched all over for some sort of identifying number or something and i couldent find anything , it just stuck out to me that it looked like a freakin bar-b-q grill and the way the wires lead out from the front
