Bleh.. I'm at least going to ask for the deferral thing, but I know that I didn't do 84.. and the only reason it wasn't 85 is because he knows I wasn't doing anywhere close to that, and if he made it a wreckless offense, I would DEFINATELY fight it

if you are really set on finding out if it is possiable google ofr gear speed calculator or something of that sort. i have used it before you input tire size gear ratio and all of that and it tells you the top speed each gear can hit and how fast depending on engine specs and all. thats not real world though its just calculations. real world would be imposiable to figure out

Who cares if it was 84 or 56. It's still speeding. One mile over the speed limit = speeding. Take it on the chin, take the drivers course to clear it, pay the fine. Stop speeding.

you should test it. I'm talking going at a constant 55 mph and kicking it up to 85 in 7 seconds. As in, you have be to GOING 55... start the time, and kick it to 85.

I just explained that my burban can do that lol. Its a freaking 95 suburban with 160k miles on it i'm sure your v6 can easily do that, 7 seconds is a long time.

find out where officer lives, cut his brakes. He definately won't show up then.

Got any friend who work in the FBI? A friend of the family works in the FBI and he got me out of a ticket once. Usually they can talk to the prosecutor and get you off. You just have to know someone. Also, it helps if you have a completely clean record to begin with.
