need help for speaker upgrade

I'm not trying to break the bank but I would like to find an affordable but noticeable upgrade for my speakers. I have an alpine PDX f4 amp that's rated 100x4, birth sheet 121x4. Currently I have a set of 6.5 alpine type r comps in the front and 6.5 type r coax in the back. Sizes are no issue as I can modify to fit, I started with factory Bose 8's in the front doors and 4's in the rear
