Need help for friends system

Alright, so my friend called me up and his friend is looking for a system for his Highlander. He didn't give me a price limit, but I don't think he wants to spend that much because he's keeping his stock deck, and stock front speakers and wants just a 10" sub/rear speakers/amp

The friend likes the self amplified Bazooka tube sub, so obviously he isn't going to dish out that much money and just wants some bass to satisfy him. He was saying he wants only a single amp to power the rears and the sub, so wouldn't that be a 3 channel amp?

I'm also going to look for a 5 channel amp for if they do upgrade the front speakers

So I'm asking, is there any kind of 5 channel amp that has 100x4 for the speakers and then something with 250-300W for the sub? I think that would be nice to run the speakers and a decent 10" sub.

Suggest to him that he upgrade the front speakers first and then decide if he wants to power the rear speakers. Lots of nice systems go with amps on high quality front speakers and just run the stock rears or some aftermarket coaxials off the head unit for fill or disconnect them altogether. It will sound much nicer.

For a single amp system, check out running a 4 channel amp with the front channels powering a set of nice components and the rear channels bridged to a 10" sub. There are five and six channel amps out there but one that produces that kind of power may cost more than he wants to pay.
