need help for amp suggestions

I wave a power acoustik 125 x2 RMS @ 4 ohms powering my bostons and it sounds pretty good, it would be better but im using the factory HU.

Here is something reasonable, and you don't have to worry about the clipping the amp...

This is on budget and its quality

For 2 channel amps im sure you know but JIC connect 1 pair in seires and the other in parralel to maintain 4 ohms

hope this helps

What you want to do is put 3 on each channel, so 3 on Left and 3 on the Right

Then what you are going to do is on the Left you are going to run a wire from the positive out put of the amp to the postivie out put of speaker 1 and then from speaker 1 you are going to run a wire from the positive terminal to speaker 2, from the NEGATIVE terminal of speaker 2 you are going to run a wire to the POSITIVE terminal of speaker 3.

Then to complete the circuit you are going to run wire from the Negative terminal of the LEFT out put of the amp to both speaker 1 and speaker 3.

Do the same for the RIGHT side and you should be ok This will not be exactly ,4, its actually going to turn out tobe 6.66 ohms (correct me if im wrong anybody), but im think you can add a resistor with 2.66 ohms of resistance and it will turn out to be 4ohms (provided im right on the previous calculation)... If you don't add the resistor your amp will not reach those 97W RMS probably less, this could be good if you want to safe guard you speakers from too much power.

In lamence terms:

Amp Left (Postive)-> Speaker 1 (Positive) -> Speaker 2 (Positive)

Amp Left (Negative)-> Speaker 1 (Negative) -> Speaker 3 (Negative)

Lastly Speaker 2 (Negative) -> Speaker 3 (Positive)

-> represents wire

Do the same for the right side and you should be good to go.

Below is a wiring key, just in case you need visual reference

IF you need more help go to Wiring and instalation help and ask there
