Need help fine tuning system (Alpine)

I own a alpine iva w205 HU a alpine mrp m1000 mono amp and 2 12" type r subs.

I need help getting the most bass I can but my problem is I don't know what to set the gain, bass eq, and lp filter at on the amp. And on the HU I don't know what to set the bass freq and bass bandwith to.I want to get as much db as I can because I am supposed to compete in a sound off on sat. So any help is appreciated , also if anyone wants to recommend a song it would be a big help.

Its a bassworx inverted box its a slanted one , the subs aren't inverted though

box is 2.8 @ 42 before sub displacement.....

turn everything all the way up, gain, bass eq, especially the volume and floor the accelerator while doing it and if possible, run amp at .25 ohm
