Why not just use a single twelve inch cone? Using two means less efficiency, I would think. And it seems to me it only serves the purpose of making it look and sound fancy.

Duh... I was asking if it would work well, not if it would work well in a car.

It just seems redundant to use a second cone to resonate. Considering Audiovox, Jensen, and Acoustic Research are pretty much the same here, I wasn't quite sure whether it was really deserving of an award.... But I dunno AR's rep.
