I have a few months still before I can $$ the amps, but I need to start hunting now. What I'm after:
A good 4 ch amp ~100 x 4 SQ oriented
A class D amp able to do ~1500 x 1 @ 2 ohms SQ oriented
Must be of the same company and line. Brands like Zapco, TRU, but they also can't be HUGE. I know no matter what amp I go with they'll be big, but within reason.
So far what I'm looking at is:
PG Ti2500.1, PG Ti800.4
TREO SSX75.4, SSXD1500.1
Zed Kronos (2) 1/per sub, Leviathan
Right now I'm leaning towards the ZED amps, but would love to have the TREO amps IF I can find them. I'll be e-mailing Wayne @TREO about the new SSX amps and what their real world power is. So let me know what you guys can come up with. As far as price, let's keep it within reason too. ~$1500 total
