Need Help Finding an Amp

Alright so I'm new to all this and I don't really know whats good and what's not but I have:

Deck: Alpine CDA-105

Speakers: Boss D69.3

Amp for Speakers: Boss CX800

Sub/Amp :Visonik VB212PKG DUAL Subs Amplified System (bad choice i know lol but i was on a low budget)

What i need is a new amp for the subs. I'll put all the specs for the subs and amp that came with it but i am looking to spend under $200 for a new amp because I feel like these subs can hit a lot harder than they do.

Total RMS Power Output 400 watts

Total Peak Power Output 1000 watts

Subwoofer Specifications

Subwoofer Size 12"

I don't really know much about all this but my friend who sorta does told me that each sub can handle 500 watts and that my amp is only giving 200 watts each so i'm guessing a new amp could fix this but I don't really know.

Any suggestions?

I'll sell you a kenwood excelon kac x1r it does 1200@2 for 170 shipped. It has maybe 10-15 hours of play time and looks brand new. It's not enough power for my new sub.

This little piece of information is vital. If they are dual 4 ohm, you could buy my Diamond D6 1000.1 for $200 plus shipping. It would easily be the highest quality piece of equipment in your system thus far.
