Need help finding a sub...

I am looking for a 10" sub that has good SQ and will work fine in 1.4CUF^ (Or less) box tuned to 32 HZ. I wanted to get the FI SSD for him, but he doesn't want to pay that much for a sub. This sub will be powered by a PG X400.1. Any input would be appreciated.

RD Classic... like 150 or something in that area
