need help finding a new system

currently i drive an 86 chevy spectrum, so far i have a crappy pionner head unit, 2 6" speakers that came with it and 2 6x9's that also came with it. i havce a sony xplod amp 1200w max 200w x2 RMS @ 4 ohms and 2 jensen 10" subs in a good sealed box. i also have a jensen 400w max amp which i plan to use on the speakers in my new car (saab 9000 turbo).

what i'm asking is what would you recommend to get the most sound and power for under $300? i dont need a new head unit because i'm gettin a sweet one with the saab plus 4 good speakers also i don't need a box because my friend can build me a good one.i think thats all the info i need if not dont hesitate to ask. i dont want retail prices i want like ebay prices. thanks great forum by the way.

So you are asking what stuff we'd recommend replacing??

.....and if you're fine with speakers, the HU, and an enclosure; I assume you're asking about the amps and subs?
