need help figuring out what sub to get for S2K

why would you say the Soundsteam RUB 1.700 and its say 400watts at 4ohm x1 how wouyld it make 500? also im not sure about the subsonic filter limiting at 35hz my speakers can hit that low if i wanted them to let alone a sub i would limit it at 20hz

400-500 watts is fine for the sub. It doesn't have to match perfectly..

Subsonic look for a different amp.. The rubicon filters at 35? Much too high.

ok so stuff came up never got a sub tried a setup recently with 350 rms sub and a 500rms amp not enough power for my car sent the amp and subwoofer back looking for something with more power and i came across this

NVX VCW104 NVX Audio VCW104 10" Dual 4-ohm VC-Series Car Subwoofer and i can get it for about 150 . what do you guys think about this sub and also is there anything with better SQ and SPL for about 150?

my car is a honda s2000 its loud inside (i need to do sound deadening and damping) and a convertible so i need a bit of power

anything you recommend please keep in mind using a sealed box .80 cubic foot interior volume has to be 10inch and want dual 4 ohm voice coils

no thoughts on the NVX sub it looks decent i just want to know if anyone here has had some experience with NVX subwoofers
