I run My rear fill of HU power so i only need a Sub output and Front..

the JVC is really loookin like a winner.. I can get it for about $300.. I was so pumped about the Kenwood too, and its aabout $350

If those are your only two options, def go for the 1st one. 5V pre outs are awsome.
