Ok my budget is $400 for subs and amp my goal is to be louder than the rest of my school... everyone at my school has kickers or rf stuff nothing really loud... so it shouldnt be to hard also i'm allowing an extra $100 for install gear ie box supplies and wiring. I dont care about soundquality im 16 and i wanna beat the hell out of my car with bass i no my budget's tight but idc if i buy used stuff

Save up and do it right. But since you won't you can get 2 type R alpine subs and some Hifonics amp.

What do you already have? what car?

I have a ford focus sedan. right now i have a kenwood deck idk model number of the top of my head i have an alpine mrv t502 and a memphis prd415" sub in a ported box but its not loud enough.

400 for just subs and amp isn't too much, but you can get reasonably loud.

Get two Type R's used for like 200 or so, then get a 1500 watt amp with the other 200. I got my bxi2006d for 185 and it's good for about 1600.
