Need help designing/making a box... 8" sub for my computer.

Well, lately I have been wanting to buy an 8" sub and build a box for it to use with my computer. I am thinking maybe a MA audio 8" or something along those lines.

But, I need help designing a box. It can't be huge. I want it to be ported. I am a total box noob, so I will need help with cubic feet and everything.

Let me know what you can do for me.

8" subs like around 1 cube net ported. You won't need a huge port mouth, and as a result you won't need a seriously long port.

what are you powering it with. i have a 68watt 3 speaker computer system. it has satelite speakers and on 7"ish sub. im guessing the sub is around 40-50watts. i would like to add and 8 or even a 10 in a ported box.

Stick the port up the driver's end of it.
