Need help designing a box!

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo

JL Audio 10w3v3 - Sub

JL Audio 500/1v2 -Amp

I want to make a custom box that fits well in the rear of my Jeep.

This is pretty much what I have to work with:

I was thinking along the left side where that bit of netting is. I would wrap it in similar carpeting.

And I was thinking I would maybe put the amp either under my back seats or just tucked behind the enclosure as well. I could really use some input guys. Even a link to a decent prefab would be nice or maybe a tutorial I don't know. Thanks in advance!

I have had no luck finding a similar truck close by as of yet to get a mold of. I'm still looking though.
