need help deciding on an amp

Sup guys im a noob and I want to do a system with 4 dc lv 12s in a tahoe. the problem that Im running into is deciding what amp(s) to go with. As of now Im tossing back and forth the memphis 4kdw or t40001bd. any suggestions or comments to help me solidify my choice would be appreciated.
