Need help deciding on amp

I’m thinking about purchasing the Rockville 5 channel db55 4000w amp to run two sundown audio D2 SA-12’s and four rockville door speakers. Will this be enough power to run everything without any complications?

sa 12's need 700-1200rms per sub so no.. small 4 chan 50-75x4 and a decent mono amp be tons better.. wolfram 2400 will push those sa 12's they $250.. the 5 chan at best would push 1 (i guess the amp does rated at ohm so would need 1 d4)
