Need help coming up with plans for a box for 2 15" volfenhag subs for my 96 s10 extended cab.

I have no clue where to start. I see mixed recommendations between ported and sealed. I dont care about saving space in the back seat and im kind of balling on a budget. Mostly im looking for help with finding dimensions that the box should be. Not trying to do competitions. Just want a decent set up that will bump well with rap and still have decent sound for double bass hits for metal. Ill be powering the subs with a 2400 watt planet audio amp. Thanks in advance for any and all suggestions.

So you want a wedge box with the amp mounted on the box between the subs?

I can tell you from experience that those subs are super cheap and will blow easily in a ported box. you also don’t have the room to port 2 15s in your truck unless you completely fill the back from floor to ceiling (I owned a 2003 s10 and did 2 Rockford 15s in mine, and It was easily 10 + cubic feet after ports, sub and air space needed in the box).
