The prs/rs birch is unsanded and is not good under prolonged exposure to weather.. (Does it matter since its in my truck)

The BC Birch is sanded on one side seems to be treated wood and great for normal use. Its not cabinet grade, but pretty good.

If you can't find "birch" then go with sanded pine.
I normally pay $35 a sheet for 11 ply chinese "birch" But lowes had it on sale recently and I got it for $30 a sheet.
Got a link to that type of wood?

You don't need anywhere near 12 sheets for 2 18s…
We are building a 4 18" 4th order thats a total of 40 cubes and it will take around 6 total.

Im doing a wall now.. Double baffle all around and triple baffle port wall and triple baffle face for the subs.

Gonna do 4 18's on 5-12k watts.

Total should be near 22-25cuft net, 30cuft gross.
