Need Help Choosing Sub Box!!!!

Hey everybody. I just bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab, and I am going to be installing a system soon. Because of limited space, my subwoofer set-up is going to be 2 10" Kickers in a custom box under the back seat. My question to you is: will I get better sound from a "Front Fire" sub box, or a "Down Fire" sub box? Also, what would be the advantages/disadvantages of each? Any thoughts and/or opinions is appreciated. Thanks.

did you already buy the kickers? and is the box going to be custom? are you willing to take out the back seats?

I am buying the box on ebay, and it is custom-made to fit my truck. I will be keeping the back seat in. No I haven't bought the subs yet. I plan on buying Kicker CVT 10". They are a shallow mount sub, and probably the best subs that i found that will fit in my limited space and in my price range...

you can get a 4inch lift kit for the rear seat then builb your own box.will sound alot better than the store bought ****.
