need help choosing speakers

after hearing so many good things about rainbow, I guess I will start there unless someone can prove to me why I should get some other brand. I need something that will be able to keep up with 2 15" SI mags, and that's priority. I also need some amp reccomendations that will power the speakers.

2-way component only!

Limit is $700 for speaker/amp combo. If it can't fit into the pricerange, then I'm willing to go to ebay to buy some of it.

I need 2 speakers for my front doors, and 2 speakers for the rear deck of my car (2003 altima).

These can fit:

Front Door: 5.25"

Rear Deck: 6"x9", 6.5", 5.25"

OZ Matrix Elite components, the tweeter in that set was used to post the only perfect SQ score ever...and you can get the set online for around $300. Have fun!
