I have a 2000 Ford Ranger extended cab. I currently have a JVC KDR330 HU, JBL GTO8608C 6x8 components 70w@2 ohm up front , and Infinity Reference 6832cf 60w@4 ohm in the back.

I'm looking for a 4 channel amp, I'm looking at the JBL GX-A604 and the Rockford Fosgate R300X4.

I may disconnect the Infinity's and use the rear channels to power a small sub depending on how it sounds.

Anyone have any recommendations on which one to use? I have a $150 budget.

Here is my thought, theory. Those speakers are 80w rms. Half of that is 40w rms. Add the 40 to the 80 and you get 120w. Get an amp that is 120w...
