I have 2x45 watt rms tweeters 2x 60 watt rms 6.5's 2x100 watt rms 6x9's and 2x250 watt rms 12 inch subwoofers. All jbl audio. What amp will I get the most out of. What amp will power this system to its fullest potential.

Don’t install coaxial speakers and add another set of tweeters. Either go with a component set up front or get rid of the extra tweeters.

If I were you I'd try my hand at getting a Cerwin vega CVP2500.5D it is 2ohm stable and has more than enough power for your needs. I personally run this amp and have absolutely no complaints at all. Been running it hard and loud for about 6 months now and not a single peep of running hot or anything like that. I have my setup wired for 2ohm- all 5 channels. But I would also highly recommend doing the big 3 with 1/0 Awg in your engine bay and 2/0 Awg from there to a distribution block in the back of your truck cab and 4awg from dist. blk to amplifier , upgrade your battery to a AGM or better and upgrade your alternator from the stock 130 amp to something to the order of 250+amps -(think Js alternator, mechman or others).
