Need help calculating fuse size

I'm in the process of putting in a system in my car & I was wondering if someone can help me. I'm trying to figure out what fuse size to put in my Stinger distribution block. I have it set up like so..I have my 1 gauge coming through the firewall to the distribution block, from there it splits into 2 4 gauge wires. One 4 gauge is for a kicker 650 watt amp & the other 4 gauge is for a kicker 1000 watt amp. I need 2 fuses for the distribution block & I read that the fuse size is the same one on the amp. But I havent bought the amps yet & I've been looking all over for what size fuse comes with the amp but I cant find them. Can anyone help me?

what "1000watt, and 650watt" amps? do you realize kicker has been in buisness for a couple decades? yes, it makes a difference. some stuff is seriously underrated, and needs huge fusing, and some tuff is spot-on rated and needs different size for the rating. i'll assume it's a zx1000.1, and say 100a would be appropriate for it, and the 4awg in a short run. and then send a 75a fuse to the "650" and 200a fuse at the battery, but that's just on ASSumption.....

yes they are both the zx model. So your saying that on top of putting in the 2 fuses for the distribution block I still need to fuse the 1 gauge?

If the amps have their own fuses built in, which is 99% of amplifiers, then you're sizing the fuses at the distribution block for the wire, not the amps. If you put in 100a fuses for each amp you can call it a day. The main power feed needs to be fused as close to the battery as possible. If you didn't buy an amplifier installation kit then pick up an ANL fuse holder and a 200a fuse for the 1 gauge wire.
