Need help buying wire!

Sorry, i'm a pretty big stereo newb.. so I need some help before I start spending money on all this wire!

I have a 1987 Grand Marquis.. pretty big car.

This is the stuff i'm getting..

Amp for Sub:

1/0 gauge for the big 3. 1/0 gauge to the back and distro it into 2 4 gauges, the shorter the 4 gauge, the better.

Also, a guy in the for sale forum is selling his team's 1/0 wire for $1.50 a foot. Looks solid too. Can I get a second opinion?

So is the Kolossus Kable 1/0 Blue Power Wire good to get? Should I also get the 4 gauge from there too?

Ok i'm gonna buy 30 feet of the 1/0 and 10 feet of the 4 gauge, and this Distro..

Do you think 30 feet is too much? I have a pretty large car.. but I don't know. Maybe i'll get 25.

How do I know what fuse type to get on the Distro?

You could measure your car. What I do is measure the car on the outside, from the battery area to the place where your amps and distro block will be, then measure the width of the vehicle, like across the hood and across the trunk, add up all those measurements and you know you'll have enough to go anywhere in the vehicle. Nothing worse than being short on a 1/0 wire run.

Well.. I tryed ordering 200$ worth of wiring on Knukconceptz, and every time I try to submit my order.. an error occurs. What's up with that?

200 on wires is pretty good for starters. you wont regret it
