Talk to ologyaudio he may be able to set up something more budget, but the setup i was talking to him was ~1k after amps and materials also.

I'm not dead set on these drivers , if anyone has any better idea's please throw em out to me

Hmm, you may want to try the dayton rs drivers, although i don't know anything about the woofer you have there I do know that the rs drivers are **** good (in my car though not exactly sure how it would sound in home but i would guess very good).
