Need help battery keeps dieing

I have a brand new battery in my car and sometimes the battery goes dead or so i thought. Today I was driving without my system playing at all and i went to get something to eat. When I came back out my car wouldnt start. I disconnected the power wire from my battery and the car started right up. What could this mean, what should i be looking for? Thanks in advance.

how is your remote wire connected ?

Its hooked up to my power attena and the blue wire comming out of my HU. I don use my AM/FM ever so do you think i could just get rid of the power attena wire? And my HU area has been making a buzzing noise lately and i have no idea what it is. and when i step on the gas a whisteling noise gets high as the rpms rise.
