Need Help Badly with box design...

I have an 03 Harley Truck and Im taking the rear armrest out its located between the bucket seats. Now I know that I will have the sub downfiring but my question is where should I have the port. Facing up, Facing rear Etc?

Please give me some advice guys. Below is a quick sketch on how it will look like.

The 15 will be an re se. I want a good sounding bass with a good punch.

depends how much space you have to the rear, is it an ext cab or what? I would say port back otherwise if the armrest box is lifted up a few inches you could do port down as well.

also in a truck i try to face ports up when possible. thats a small space in the cabin of a p/u even a 6 seater.

Box will be about 3.75 C.F. and will have about 600Watts to the sub.
