Need Help ASAP

On my headunit my LPF can be off, 80hz, 120hz, and 170hz

Ok..it is set to off. Could that be the problem?

I didn't read the whole thread.

But have you tried to use a different source for input on your amp? Assuming the amp kicks on just fine with no output you can use a MP3 player or phone with a headphone to RCA adapter and plug it into your amp. Turn on your stereo to get the amp to kick on then use the MP3 player to feed it music. If it works then your issue is with the RCA's or the head unit. If it don't, then the issue is with the amp, subs, and/or wiring.

Never thought of that, I will take my amp out and hook it up on a friends set up to see if it is my amp or my headunit.

That would work as well. I like the MP3 setup though as that tells you where the issue is in your car rather then having to hook it all back up in your car and figure out where the issue may be.

So plug a splitter into my phone than a RCA and see if it works?

Just tried this method..still nothing. Where I stand now is..I hooked the subs up to a friends amp and the subs work. I have tried the splitter from my phone directly to amp and still nothing. I'm starting to think I have a bad amp.

Yeh that's what I'm thinking :-/

I will confirm it tomorrow when I put it in my friends system in place of his working amp and see if his sub powers.
