Goddam, that's a lot of work to send it back and forth. So what do you suggest? Talk to tech support for a bit, get their input on things? I'm thinking about going to a local shop and letting them test it out and play with it first. And, how much approximately did you pay for repairs from Arc? I don't want to spend a ridiculous amount of cash trying to repair this amp. Thanks again.

There are a few guys on here that repair amps, may wanna get a hold of them. I know a guy that has done a few of mine and he does an excellent job.
Oh, do you know their user names by any chance?

Haha, so if I called them and said that would it work? My amp is second hand. And I think somewhere on their website it says that getting a 2nd hand amp voids warranty? or some sort. I'll keep you updated on what happens at the local dealer tomorrow.

Well looking at the amp, would the burnt spot be from an external reason? Or could it have happened because of something that went wrong with the amp?

Best bet is to either sell it as a blown amp or send it in to have it repaired. I can ask my buddy to check out the pics and see what he says? but shipping costs will be involved on top of repair costs. Im sure there has to be someone close to you that does this from here, just not sure who
